Check-in: It is done between 2 pm and 6 pm. If you want to enter after 6 pm you will have to let us know in order to enter alone. Check-out: Until 11.00 am.

 

If you do not have a credit card, the first night of your stay will have to be paid at the time of booking, the rest will be paid on arrival. The reservation will be confirmed when proof of payment is received.

At check-in, a security deposit of € 50 is requested, which is returned at check-out after the apartment is verified.

A tourist tax of 2 euros per night will be charged per guest up to 3 nights. It is charged from the age of 13 years.

If you want a cot for your baby up to 3 years old, you will be charged 10 euros per stay, per cot.

 

Cleaning is only included after 7 nights and will be done every 2 days. Any other service supplement, such as daily cleaning, laundry, will be combined with Villas de Cintra .

The cancellation of a reservation is free of charge up to 7 days before the day of arrival. The stay will be charged if the cancellation is made with less than 7 days. No-show is also charged for the total stay.
